Beagle puppies teeth grow from 4 to 6 months, thus mouthing is quite usual then. It is strongly suggested to mend this mouthing habit of your beagle at an early age

Mouthing and biting are a part of a beagle puppy normal development. However, as puppies grow up, so do their teeth and then this mouthing might results in serious wounds. Here are some steps that might assist you to train and socialize your puppy.

At first, beagle dogs will use his mouth to explore his surroundings. Throughout the teething process, it gives the dog relief to chew on all manner of things, soft and hard.

Provide your beagles some chew toys with unique textures to help get their chewing requirements properly with puppy training. Large rawhide bones and carrots can be put in the freezer and supplied to a teething puppy. Braided fiber bones immersed in chicken broth or water and then frozen are also a good alternative.

When your puppy gets overly rambunctious and starts biting and chewing on you, you must deal the situation like his mom. You must let out a sound that allows him know it hurt and he will certainly leave you.

One of the best way to be friendly with your puppy is by giving back of your hand so that she can lick, by this way she gets familiarized with you and understands that you are the caretaker.

Appreciate him if his response is immediate and offer him a suitable chew toy. Do not offer a toy while your hand is still in his mouth, this will instigate the wrong behavior. Another method which can be applied is to train your puppy to follow your commands and gestures.

If your puppy dont hear what you say, or is getting more and more cruel with people as well as you, its serious then. And he will go on doing the same until you teach him not to.
